We help companies better define the value of their products and services. At the same time, we reward respondents for participating in our studies. By taking part in a conversation with us, you indirectly contribute to improving products and services in the region.

1. Register

Registration is simple, and at the end, you will gain access to all our studies. Take a look at them and see what interests you.

2. Select study and time

In the studies section, you can select a study that interests you and sign up for it. It is necessary to meet the study requirements to receive a reward. If you are selected, you will receive a link to schedule your interview within three days. We apologize in advance for the more complex registration process, as we are currently in the pilot phase.

3. Attend interview

Join the conversation online via the Google Meet application. For 30–60 minutes, you will then talk with our expert about the topic covered in the study. We are interested in your thinking and decision-making. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions. You can learn more about the entire concept on out website.

4. Receive Amazon voucher

After completing the interview, we will send a voucher with a code and a value of 500 CZK to your email, which you can use according to Amazon's terms as you wish.

Registration will be available from June 1st, 2025.

FAQ

  • If you do not attend the scheduled interview, you will have the opportunity to reschedule once, based on the available study calendar. If you miss this rescheduled appointment as well, you will not be eligible for the voucher.

  • The series of questions is always unique to each study. However, you can expect categorization questions related to aspects such as your occupation, age, or shopping habits. The main focus, however, is always your decision-making process regarding a specific product. For example, "How did you last purchase laundry detergent?"

  • The decision tree is our analytical method that helps us understand how you made a decision regarding purchase of a product or a service. Simply put, it is a highly detailed breakdown of the reasons why you chose to purchase—or not purchase—something, which we then analyze at a group level. The goal of decision analysis is always to improve a specific product or service. Everyone has a reason for buying or not buying something, but we are particularly interested in the collective opinion, which often emerges from the data.

  • Yes, you have the full right to not answer questions or skip some of them.

  • By precisely describing how you met the study requirements.

  • Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment.
